终末期肾病透析患者肾性贫血发生状况及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the Occurrence of Renal Anemia in Patients with End-Stage Renal Disease Undergoing Dialysis and Its Influencing Factors

目的 分析终末期肾病透析患者肾性贫血发生状况及其影响因素。方法 回顾性分析2021年3月至2021年10月我院收治的100例终末期肾病透析患者的临床资料,统计肾性贫血发生状况,经单因素和多因素分析探讨终末期肾病透析患者发生肾性贫血的影响因素。结果 100例终末期肾病透析患者发生肾性贫血81例,发生率为81%。发生组的血清白蛋白、 CRP、 PTH水平与未发生组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,血清白蛋白水平偏低、 CRP水平偏高、 PTH水平偏高为终末期肾病透析患者发生肾性贫血的危险因素(OR>1,P <0.05)。结论 血清白蛋白水平偏低、 CRP水平偏高、 PTH水平偏高是终末期肾病透析患者发生肾性贫血的危险因素,临床可据此采取预防措施。

Objective To analyze the occurrence of renal anemia in patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing dialysis and its influencing factors.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing dialysis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and the occurrence of renal anemia was counted.The influencing factors for the occurrence of renal anemia in patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing dialysis were investigated by univariate analysis and multivariate analysis.Results Renal anemia occurred in 81 of 100 patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing dialysis,and the incidence rate was 81%.There were significant differences in serum albumin,CRP and PTH levels between the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group(P 1,P <0.05).Conclusions Low serum albumin level,high CRP level,and high PTH level are risk factors for the occurrence of renal anemia in patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing dialysis,and clinical preventive measures can be taken accordingly.
