子宫内膜异位症患者术后盆底肌损伤的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Postoperative Pelvic Floor Muscle Injury in Patients with Endometriosis

目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症患者术后盆底肌损伤的影响因素。方法 60例子宫内膜异位症患者根据术后是否发生盆底肌损伤分为发生组与未发生组,比较两组的临床特征,采用Logistic回归分析探讨术后盆底肌损伤的影响因素。结果 60例患者术后盆底肌损伤发生率为18.33%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄大、盆腔内异症、合并子宫腺肌病、宫腹腔手术史、后穹窿有触痛结节及术后无盆底功能锻炼是子宫内膜异位症患者术后盆底肌损伤的危险因素(P <0.05)。结论 子宫内膜异位症术后盆底肌损伤的发生与患者年龄、盆腔内异症、子宫腺肌病、宫腹腔手术史、后穹窿触痛结节及术后盆底功能锻炼密切相关。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of postoperative pelvic floor muscle injury in patients with endometriosis.Methods 60 patients with endometriosis were divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurring group according to whether pelvic floor muscle injury occurred after surgery.The clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared,and Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of postoperative pelvic floor muscle injury.Results The incidence of pelvic floor muscle injury after surgery in 60 patients was 18.33%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that older age,pelvic endometriosis,complication of adenomyosis,history of uterine abdominal surgery,tender nodules in the posterior fornix and non-postoperative pelvic floor exercise were risk factors of postoperative pelvic floor muscle injury in patients with schizophrenia(P <0.05).Conclusions The occurrence of pelvic floor muscle injury after endometriosis surgery is closely related to patients’ age,pelvic endometriosis,adenomyosis,history of uterine abdominal surgery,tender nodules in the posterior fornix,and postoperative pelvic floor function exercise.
