Research Progress in Application of Astragalus Polysaccharide in Livestock and Poultry Breeding

黄芪多糖(Astragalus polysaccharide,APS)是黄芪中含量最多、具有广泛生物活性的一类物质。APS是一种绿色、高效、安全的饲料添加剂,具有抗病毒、调节免疫力、抗氧化等生物学功能,在禁抗的背景下APS具有广阔的发展前景。文章综述了APS的化学成分和提取工艺、生物学功能和机制以及在畜禽养殖中的应用效果,为其在养殖业中更广泛地应用提供科学依据。

Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)is the most abundant substance in Astragalus membranaceus and has extensive biological activities.APS is a green,efficient and safe feed additive,which has biologi⁃cal functions such as antiviral,immunity regulation and antioxidant.APS has broad development pros⁃pects in the context of prohibition of antibiotic use.This paper reviewed the chemical composition,extrac⁃tion process,biological function and mechanism of APS,and its application effect in livestock and poul⁃try breeding,to provides scientific basis for the wider application APS in aquaculture.
