安全依恋启动对童年期不良经历者病理心理的影响(综述)

A review of effects of attachment security priming towards psychopathology in people with adverse childhood experiences

童年期不良经历作为早期极端负性事件,会通过非安全依恋导致严重的病理心理问题,拓展有效的干预策略十分必要。依恋贯穿人的生命全程,安全依恋启动技术通过激活安全依恋图式,使个体表现出积极的心理和行为。现有研究显示,安全依恋启动对于因童年期不良经历产生的各种内化问题和外化问题具有良好的干预效果。未来研究应进一步关注安全依恋启动的生态效度,探讨特质性依恋风格对干预效果的影响,检验安全依恋启动训练的效果。

As an extremely negative event,adverse childhood experiences could lead to serious psychopathological problems through insecure attachment,and it is necessary to expand effective intervention strategies.Attachment plays an important role in one’s entire life,attachment security priming activates the attachment security schema to enable individuals to show positive psychology and behavior.Current studies have shown that attachment security priming has an intervention effect on various internalizing and externalizing problems arising from adverse childhood experiences.Future research should pay more attention to the ecological validity of priming,exploring the effects of trait attachment style on the beneficial effect and examining the effect of repeated attachment security priming.
