调神醒脑针刺联合芪地理归汤对后循环缺血性眩晕患者眩晕症状及血液流变学的影响

Effects of Tiaoshen Xingnao Acupuncture Combined with Qidi Ligui Decoction on Vertigo Symptoms and Blood Rheology in Patients with Posterior Circulation Ischemic Vertigo

目的探讨调神醒脑针刺联合芪地理归汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2021年10月本院收治的120例后循环缺血性眩晕患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组予以盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊、阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以调神醒脑针刺联合芪地理归汤治疗。治疗2周后,比较2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分,基底动脉、左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉血流速度,全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积。比较2组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患者眩晕程度、眩晕频次及持续时间、失眠、心慌、乏力评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调神醒脑针刺联合芪地理归汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕能够很好地减轻患者临床症状,改善血液流变学指标。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tiaoshen Xingnao acupuncture combined with Qidi Ligui decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods From January 2018 to October 2021,one hundred and twenty patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each.The control group was treated with flurilizine hydrochloride capsules and aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with Tiaoshen Xingnao acupuncture combined with Qidi Ligui decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,blood flow velocity of basilar artery,left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and hematocrit before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,degree of vertigo,frequency and duration of vertigo,insomnia,palpitation and fatigue scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaoshen Xingnao acupuncture combined with Qidi Ligui decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo could well relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the blood rheological index.
