摘要
不燃性试验结果是我国建筑材料燃烧性能是否达到A级的重要判据。本文通过介绍标准的制定背景及修订过程、试样制备遇到的问题及解决方案、温度校准时设备的优化改进、易碎样试验过程的注意事项、现行标准中计算公式的偏离等内容,简要提出标准后续修订的几点参考建议。
The result of non-combustibility test is an important criterion to determine whether the combustion performance of building materials reaches grade A in China. This paper mainly introduces the origin and revision process of the standard, GB/T 5464-2010, Non-combustibility test method for building materials, the problems encountered in sample preparation and solutions, the improvement of equipment during temperature calibration, the precautions in the process of fragile sample test, the correction of calculation formula in the current standard, and briefly puts forward suggestions for the subsequent revision of the standard.
