摘要
探讨盐碱植物生长、生理和冠层光谱特性对水盐胁迫的响应机理对研究滨海湿地植物适应性、碱蓬滩生态系统健康评价、退化湿地生态修复等具有重要意义。本文通过盆栽水盐胁迫试验,利用双因素方差分析法指示盐地碱蓬幼苗的株高、分枝数、生物量、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和冠层光谱对水盐胁迫的响应。结果显示:(1)分枝数、地上鲜重、地下鲜重和地上干重对水盐胁迫有显著响应,其中地下鲜重对水盐胁迫响应最显著(P<0.001)。(2)株高、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量分别对淹水胁迫和盐胁迫响应极显著(P<0.001),但对水盐交互胁迫响应不明显。(3)基于水吸收带的差值植被指数对水盐胁迫的响应最显著(P<0.001)。(4)新构建的10个植被指数对水盐胁迫有显著响应;已有植被指数、RVI对淹水胁迫有显著响应,而已有植被指数DVI、TGI对盐胁迫有显著响应。研究获得了对水盐胁迫下响应显著的生长生理指标和植被指数,对进一步理解盐地碱蓬极端生境下的适应性具有科学价值,但未确定适宜盐地碱蓬生长的最佳水盐条件。
The response mechanism of the of Suaeda salsa seedlings to water-salt stresses were analyzed.We selected Suaeda salsa seedlings as the experimental materials and potted water-salt stresses equipment as experiment equipment.The Two-way ANOVA was used to indicate the response of growth,physiological indicators and canopy spectral characteristics to water-salt stresses.Chlorophyll content was measured by CCM-300 chlorophyll meter.Canopy spectra was measured by SVC HR-1024 I all-band feature spectrometer.Plant height,branch number,biomass and soluble sugar content were determined.The results showed that:(1) Branch number,shoot fresh weight,root fresh weight and shoot dry weight had significant responses to water-salt stresses,among which the root dry weight responded most significantly(P<0.01).(2) Plant height,and soluble sugar content were very significant in response to waterlogging stress and salt stress respectively(P<0.001),but not significant to water-salt stresses.(3) Vegetation indices(VIs) based on the water absorption bands had the most significant response to water-salt stresses(P<0.001).(4) The newly constructed 10 vegetation indices(VIs) had significant responses to water-salt stresses,the existing VIs such as and RVI had significant responses to single waterlogging stress,and the existing VIs such as DVIand TGI had significant responses to single salt stress.The research has obtained growth physiological indicators and vegetation indices that respond significantly to water-salt stresses,and has scientific value for further understanding of the adaptability of Suaeda salsa in extreme habitats,but the optimal water and salt conditions for the growth of Suaeda salsa have not been determined.
