“双一流”高校博士生学术交流现状及影响因素

An Empirical Analysis on Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Doctoral Candidates’ Academic Communication in “Double First-Class” Universities

依托《中国研究生教育年度报告》课题组数据,分析了博士生学术交流现状及影响因素。发现“双一流”高校博士生学术交流类型多样,学生对交流机会及交流收获总体满意。博士生学术交流动机以兴趣为主,虽然这对培养学科视野、学术热情、热点捕捉和学术沟通能力等帮助较大,但博士生学术交流深度明显不足,境外交流机会也十分欠缺。在影响因素方面,个体因素中的读博动机、求职意向、学习投入和硕士院校,组织因素中的学校层次和学科类别,交流因素中的交流动机、交流主题、交流形式和交流制度等,都与交流频次显著相关。因此,为改善博士生学术交流现状,高校应“继续整合优质学术资源,提高博士生学术交流的质量”“加强国际交流资助力度,健全境外交流管理制度”。

Based on the research group data of “Annual Report on Chinese Graduate Education”, the current situation and influencing factors of doctoral academic exchange were analyzed. It was found that the types of doctoral academic exchanges in “double first-class” universities were diverse, and students were generally satisfied with the opportunities and benefits of exchanges. Doctoral students’ academic communication motivation was mainly interest, which was of great help to the cultivation of discipline vision, academic enthusiasm, hot spot capture and academic communication ability. However, the depth of doctoral academic exchanges was obviously insufficient, and the opportunities for overseas exchanges were also lacking. In terms of influencing factors, the doctoral motivation, job intention, learning commitment and master’s school in individual characteristics, school level and subject category in organizational factors, communication motivation, communication topic, communication form and communication system in communication factors were significantly associated to the frequency of communication.Therefore, in order to improve the current situation of doctoral academic exchange, universities should continue to integrate high-quality academic resources, improve the quality of doctoral academic exchange, strengthen international exchange funding, and improve overseas exchange management system.
