摘要
为了研究不同盐化物融雪剂对沥青混合料性能的影响,有效提高沥青路面的抗凝冰性能,降低冰雪对沥青路面表面产生的损害,选择4种不同的盐化物融雪剂,基于AC-13连续型密级配,对不同掺盐化物融雪剂沥青混合料的融冰雪性能和路用性能进行了试验评价。结果表明:在使用盐化物材料时应该综合考虑路用性能及融冰雪性能,尤其是沥青混合料的水稳定性,可以考虑在评价指标中加入冻融劈裂试验残留稳定度比评价水稳定性;目前标准中采用无纺布拉拔试验评价掺盐化物融雪剂沥青混合料的冰点,而掺盐化物融雪剂试件与原样试件黏结强度比也具有一定意义,可用于评价掺盐化物融雪剂沥青混合料的融冰雪能力;随着环境温度的升高,融雪剂的初期析出量和析出速率显著增加,48 h后析出量保持稳定;在相同环境温度下,不同种类融雪剂的盐分析出量和析出速率存在明显差异,这是影响沥青混合料融冰雪性能的主要因素;为了保证沥青混合料具有较好的融冰雪性能,减少对路用性能的影响,盐化物材料作为融雪剂时,应该具有较好的耐热性能、较短的盐分析出时间和稳定的盐分析出量。以上结果为盐化物融雪剂沥青路面的工程应用奠定了试验基础,可以提高冬季低温气候下沥青路面性能,有助于交通安全。
In order to study the influence of different salinization-based snow-melting agents on the performance of asphalt mixture,effectively improve the anti-icing performance of asphalt pavement,and reduce the damage caused by ice and snow to the surface of asphalt pavement,selecting 4 salinization-based snow-melting agents,based on the AC-13 continuous dense gradation,the anti-icing performance and pavement performance of different asphalt mixtures containing salinization-based snow-melting agents are tested and evaluated.The result shows that(1)When using the salinization-based material,the road performance and snow-melting performance should be considered comprehensively,especially the water stability of asphalt mixture.It can be considered to add the residual stability ratio of freeze-thaw splitting test into the evaluation indicators to evaluate the water stability.(2)In the current standards,the non-woven fabric pull-out test is used to evaluate the freezing point of the asphalt mixtures containing salinization-based snow-melting agents,but the ratio of the bond strength between the specimen containing salinization-based snow-melting agent and the original specimen also has a certain significance,which can be adopted to evaluate the anti-icing performance of asphalt mixtures containing salinization-based snow-melting agents.(3)With the increase of environmental temperature,the initial release amount and release rate of the snow-melting agent increased significantly,and the release amount remained stable after 48 h.At the same ambient temperature,there are obvious differences in the salt analysis amount and precipitation rate of different snow melting agents,which are the main factors affecting the ice and snow melting performance of asphalt mixtures.Under the same environmental condition,there are obvious differences in the salt amount and release rate of different types of snow-melting agents,which is the main factor affecting the anti-icing performance of asphalt mixtures.(4)To ensure that the asphalt mixture has good anti-icing performance and reduce its influence on the road performance,when the salinization-based material is used as the snow-melting agent,it should have good heat resistance,short salt release time and stable salt release amount.The result lays the experimental foundation for the engineering application of the asphalt pavement with salinization-based snow-melting agents,which can improve the performance of the asphalt pavement in low-temperature climate in winter and contribute to traffic safety.
