摘要
深化《手稿》中资本理论的再研究,对习近平提出的“要加强新的时代条件下资本理论研究”、“深化社会主义市场经济条件下资本理论研究”有着重要指导意义。《手稿》先后提出的资本的“六分结构”和“三分结构”,阐明资本运动既以社会化大生产发展为条件,又受社会化大生产发展要求制约的特征;资本是生产资本在价值增殖过程与劳动相对立的生产要素,也是生产资本在价值转移过程中的生产要素。社会主义公有制作为社会主义经济关系总体的“普照的光”,决定了非公有制经济形态在总体中的“色彩”和“比重”。《手稿》以劳动过程的新的结合方式为基础,对资本推动和促进社会生产力发展的历史作用展开论述;从资本本质及其运动过程中,揭示资本主义生产方式的历史命运,由此因势而新提升资本治理本领、因时而进规范和引导资本健康发展,创新中国特色的资本发展的理论和实践。
Deepening the re-study of the capital theory in the"Manuscript"has important guiding significance for Xi Jinping's proposal to"strengthen the capital theory research under the conditions of the new era"and"deepen the capital theory research under the conditions of the socialist market economy".The"Manuscript"successively put forward the"six-part structure"and"three-part structure"of capital,which clarifies the characteristics of capital movement not only conditioned by the development of socialized large-scale production,but also restricted by the requirements of the development of socialized large-scale production.Capital is the factor of production that opposes labor in the process of value appreciation,and it is also the factor of production of capital in the process of value transfer.Socialist public ownership,as the"bright light"of the overall socialist economic relationship,determines the"color"and"proportion"of the non-public ownership economy in the overall.Based on the new combination of labor process,the"Manuscript"discusses the historical role of capital in promoting the development of social productive forces;from the nature of capital and its movement process,it reveals the historical fate of the capitalist mode of production.As a result,we should improve capital governance skills according to the situation,regulate and guide the healthy development of capital according to the times,so as to innovate the theory and practice of capital development with Chinese characteristics.
