摘要
采用同轴空气腔结构设计了一种三路波导功率合成器。采用HFSS软件进行建模仿真优化设计,通过阶梯阻抗变换结构拓展带宽,重点调节端口处同轴线的尺寸,使输入输出端阻抗匹配并实现三路合成。最终对加工出的实物进行测试,在0.5GHz~3GHz频段内输入三端口传输系数接近4.9dB,相应插入损耗低于0.4dB。
This paper presents a structure of three channel waveguide power combiner,which is realized by coaxial air cavity structure.HFSS software is used for modeling,simulation and optimization design.The bandwidth is expanded by ladder impedance transformation structure.The input and output impedance is matched and three channel synthesis is realized by adjusting the size of coaxial line at the port.Finally,the processed object is measured,and the input three port transmission cofficient is close to 4.9dB in 0.5~3GHz band,and the corresponding insertion loss is less than 0.4dB.
