小阴唇整形术414例初步随访分析

A preliminary follow-up analysis of 414 cases of labiaplasty

目的 初步评估小阴唇整形手术的动机、效果及并发症,为循证医学提供参考。方法 以电话随访的方式对2008年1月至2020年8月于中国医学科学院北京协和医学院整形外科医院妇科整形中心行小阴唇整形的患者进行随访,共筛选出808例患者。内容主要包括手术求诊动机、心理状态、并发症和满意率,并进行统计学分析。结果 通过电话随访414例能够配合,有效随访率为51.24%(414/808)。寻求小阴唇整形主要出于改善功能不适的心态,部分人群伴有心理困扰。边缘切除术和中央楔形切除术具有较高的手术满意率和较低的并发症发生率,在手术效果满意的情况下,术前存在心理不适的患者术后均表示有明显改善。术后最常见的并发症是双侧不对称,这也是二次手术的主要原因。不同的就诊动机会影响手术的效果,因外观不佳就诊者其满意率较低。同期行阴蒂包皮修整不影响术后满意率,术前心理状态不佳则会影响术后满意率。结论 本研究初步证实小阴唇整形手术具有较高的满意率和较低的并发症发生率。在“金标准”术式出现之前,最为适用的手术方式仍是术者最擅长并且效果可靠的操作。为了更好的推动学科发展,需要不断回顾和总结既往经验。

Objective To evaluate the motivations, efficacy and complications of labiaplasty. To provide a reference for evidence-based medicine. Methods Patients underwent labiaplasty in our department from January 2008 to August 2020 were followed up by telephone. A total of 808 patients were selected in this study. The main contents included surgical motivation, psychological state, complications and satisfaction. Results In all patients, 414 cases were able to cooperate through telephone follow-up. The effective follow-up rate was 51.24%(414/808). Chinese people seek for labiaplasty mainly to improve the state of mind of functional discomfort, some people with psychological distress. Both edge resection and central wedge resection have high surgical satisfaction and low incidence of complications. Patients with preoperative psychological discomfort have improved significantly after surgery. The most common postoperative complication is bilateral asymmetry, which is also the main reason for secondary surgery. Different visiting motivations affect the results of surgery. Relatively speaking, patients with aesthetic concerns have low satisfaction. Also, a poor preoperative psychological state affects the satisfaction. Conclusion This study preliminarily confirms that labiaplasty has high satisfaction and low incidence of complications. Before the "gold standard" come out, the most suitable approach is still the well practice one. In order to promote the development of the discipline, we need to constantly review and summarize the previous experience.
