主动配电网的动态虚拟微电网群分布式群级协同控制 被引量:8

摘要 围绕大规模分布式电源接入配电网的灵活调控问题,研究支撑主动配电网动态虚拟微电网群运行方式的多智能体全分布式控制方法,以恢复虚拟微电网群结构动态演化时主动配电网频率和电压。该方法可以实现并维持微电网级储能系统荷电状态均衡,同时也可以完成微电网群级的荷电状态均衡协同控制。为应对虚拟微电网结构动态改变这一灵活运行方式所引起的控制系统重新设置、整定等问题,基于多智能体及全分布式通信网络实现了对其的控制。文中设计的分布式控制方法仅依靠同一分布式通信网络即可完成微电网级、微电网群级的动态协同控制,通过在物理通信网络下形成多个多智能体间虚拟分布式通信网络的方式实现。最后,采用IEEE 34节点配电网测试系统验证了所提方法的有效性。 This paper focuses on the flexible dispatching and control problem of large-scale distributed power supply connected to the distribution network and investigates the multi-agent fully distributed control method supporting the dynamic virtual microgrid cluster operation mode of the active distribution network. The active distribution network frequency and voltage can be recovered during the dynamic evolution of the virtual microgrid cluster structure. The method can realize and maintain the load state balance of the energy storage system at microgrid level, and also realize the cooperative control of load state balance at the microgrid cluster level. To cope with the problems of control system reset and adjustment caused by the dynamic change of virtual microgrid structure, which is a flexible operation method, the control is realized based on a multi-agent and fully distributed communication network. This paper designs a distributed control method that can achieve dynamic cooperative control at the microgrid level and microgrid cluster level by relying only on the same distributed communication network, which is achieved by forming a virtual distributed communication network among multiple multi-agents in the physical communication network. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by using the IEEE 34-bus distribution network test system.
