一种全装配式栓钉剪力键抗剪性能的对比试验及机理分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了考察全装配式栓钉剪力键(PCSS)的抗剪性能,完成了PCSS与带T肋混凝土板的常规栓钉剪力键对比推出试验,并且与已有的常规平板剪力键推出试验结果进行了对比研究。研究结果表明:PCSS的抗剪刚度与常规T肋剪力键的抗剪刚度相比提高了8%,与同直径常规平板剪力键的抗剪刚度相比提高了27%;PCSS的抗剪承载力与常规T肋剪力键的抗剪承载力相比提高了27%,比同直径常规平板剪力键的抗剪承载力相比提高了9%。此外,通过建立2种不同摩擦界面的PCSS有限元分析模型,对比分析了不同摩擦的竖钢板-混凝土界面对剪力键抗剪性能的影响,揭示了两侧竖钢板对PCSS抗剪性能的影响规律。 In order to study the shear performance of a novel prefabricated composite shear stud(PCSS) connector,a comparison test is carried out between the PCSS and the conventional shear stud connector in T-ribbed concrete slab,and the existing conventional flat shear connector push-out tests are also compared. The test results show that the shear stiffness of PCSS is 8% higher than that of conventional T-ribbed shear stud,and 27% higher than that of conventional flat shear stud with the same diameter. The shear capacity of PCSS is 27% higher than that of conventional T-ribbed shear stud,and 9% higher than that of conventional flat shear stud with the same diameter.Through the two different friction interface in the finite element analysis models of PCSS,the influence of the vertical steel plate-concrete interface with different friction on the shear performance of the PCSS is analyzed and compared.The influence law of the vertical steel plates at both sides on the shear performance of PCSS is evaluated.
