结肠癌组织中Arp3表达及与病理特征关系研究

Expression of Arp3 in colon cancer and its relationship with pathological features

目的 探讨结肠癌组织中肌动蛋白相关蛋白3(Arp3)表达及与病理特征关系。方法 收集我院于2017年5月-2020年5月收治的78例结肠癌患者的肿瘤组织及其配对的癌旁组织作为癌组织和对照组织,分别采用免疫组化法和荧光定量RNA法测定Arp3蛋白和mRNA表达水平,比较癌组织与癌旁组织Arp3蛋白与mRNA表达的差异;收集患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度、淋巴转移、临床分期等不同病理参数,并分析Arp3的表达与这些临床参数的相关性。结果 癌组织中Arp3阳性表达率(52.56%)显著高于癌旁正常组织(6.41%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌组织中Arp3 mRNA表达(0.39±0.12)显著高于癌旁组织(0.07±0.02)(P<0.05);结肠癌组织中Arp3阳性表达率与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径和分化程度无显著相关性(P>0.05),而与临床分期与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组Arp3阳性表达率(68.52%)显著高于临床分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期(16.67%),淋巴结转移组Arp3阳性表达率(72.00%)高于无淋巴结转移组(43.40%)(P<0.05)。结论 Arp3可能在结肠癌中高表达,且与临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of actin associated protein 3(Arp3in colon cancer. Methods From May 2017 to may 2020,78 patients with colon cancer and their matched normal tissues were collected as pathological specimens and normal controls. The expression of Arp3 Protein and m RNA were detected by immunohistochemistry and fluorescent quantitative RNA. The expression of Arp3 Protein and m RNA in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were compared,and the expression of Arp3 Protein and mRNA in different pathological characteristics was compared. Results The positive expression rate of Arp3 in cancer tissues(52.56%)was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(6.41%)(P<0.05);the expression of Arp3 mRNA in cancer tissues(0.39±0.12)was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(0.07±0.02)(P<0.05);there was no significant correlation between the positive expression rate of Arp3 and gender,age,tumor diameter and differentiation degree(P>0.05),The positive expression rate of Arp3in clinical stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ group(68.52%)was significantly higher than that in clinical stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ(16.67%). The positive expression rate of Arp3 in lymph node metastasis group(72.00%)was higher than that in no lymph node metastasis group(43.40%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Arp3 is highly expressed in colon cancer and is closely related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.
