摘要
全球新冠病毒的流行对社会生产和人民生活都带来了严重的不利影响。疫苗是控制新冠病毒传播的有力武器,其中DNA疫苗具有安全、高成本效益以及易于生产的特点,更重要的是其可以诱导机体产生免疫应答并阻断病毒感染。本文综述了已进入临床试验以及在临床前研究的新冠病毒DNA疫苗,并对其作用特点以及保护效果进行了分析。
The global epidemic of SARS-CoV-2 has brought serious adverse effects on social production and people's livelihood.Vaccines are powerful tools to control the spread of the SARS-CoV-2.Among them,DNA vaccines have the advantage of safe,cost-effective and easy to produce.More importantly,DNA vaccines may be able to induce immune response against SARS-CoV-2 infection.This paper reviewed the SARS-CoV-2 DNA vaccines that have entered clinical trials and preclinical studies,and analyzed their characteristics and protective effects.
