摘要
结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是世界范畴内消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,给人类身体健康造成严重威胁。DNA甲基化被认为与CRC的发生发展密切相关,目前血清Septin9基因甲基化检测技术已经被国内外众多医疗机构作为CRC筛查的一种有效手段,近年来有研究指出Septin9也可以在CRC的疗效检测和预后评价中发挥重要作用,并可能与多种分子特征有关。本文将对Septin9基因甲基化在CRC中的研究进展作一综述。
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the worldwide malignant tumors in the digestive system,which poses a serious threat to human health.DNA methylation is considered to be closely related to the development of CRC.At present,serum Septin9 gene methylation assay has been used as an effective mean of CRC screening at home and abroad.In recent years,studies have pointed out that Septin9 also plays an important role in the evaluation of the curative effect and prognosis of CRC,and that it may be associated with a variety of molecular characteristics.In this paper,we will review the research progress of Septin9 gene methylation in CRC.
