摘要
创新型城市试点政策作为一项渐进式推广的城市创新政策,深刻影响着区域创新格局,对我国创新型国家建设具有重要意义。运用渐进双重差分模型和空间双重差分模型,实证分析试点政策如何影响区域创新格局,研究发现:试点政策拉大了试点城市与非试点城市的创新水平差距,推动了试点城市与非试点城市创新发展的二元化趋势。同时,试点政策缩小了试点城市内部创新水平差距,促进了试点城市之间的协同创新发展。鉴于此,应重视试点政策对我国区域创新格局的影响,发挥试点城市在区域协同创新中的示范引领作用,推动区域创新均衡发展。
As a progressively promoted urban innovation policy,the innovative city pilot policy has a profound impact on the regional innovation pattern and is of great significance to the construction of an innovative country in China.Using the progressive difference-in-differences(DID)model and spatial DID model,this paper empirically analyzes how the pilot policy affects the regional innovation pattern.The study finds that the pilot policy improves the innovation level of pilot cities and widens the gap between pilot cities and non-pilot cities.At the same time,the pilot policy narrows the gap in innovation level within the pilot cities and has an important impact on the regional innovation pattern.So it is necessary to pay attention to the impact of the pilot policy on regional innovation pattern in China.Pilot cities should play an exemplary and leading role in regional collaborative innovation and promote the balanced development of regional innovation.
