西部地区文旅融合的典型模式和优化路径

Typical Pattern and Optimization Path of the Convergence of Cultural Industry and Tourism Industry in Western Regions

基于产业要素和融合方式两个维度对西部地区文旅融合模式进行分析,并结合具体案例对西部地区文旅融合的典型模式进行比较分析,研究表明:西部地区文旅融合存在知识互补、知识替代、产品互补、产品替代、市场互补、市场替代等六种典型模式,每一种模式的使用范围、路径的复杂性、融合效果、可推广性均有所不同;西部地区的特殊性造成了文旅产业开放程度较低、文旅资产的通用性有限、文旅融合成果同质化严重、文旅产业集中度不高、文旅产业规制变革不够彻底等问题,影响了文旅融合效益提升。鉴于此,应提升文旅创新能力,开展试点示范,培育龙头企业,坚持文化保护和开发相统一,加强人才队伍建设,深化体制机制改革,以促进西部地区文化与旅游的深度融合。

This paper analyzes the cultural and tourism integration mode in western regions from two dimensions: industrial elements and integration mode and classification method of industrial integration, and compares the typical modes with specific cases. Research results show that there are six basic modes of cultural and tourism integration in western regions: knowledge complementarity, knowledge substitution, product complementarity, product substitution, market complementarity and market substitutionl, and each mode has different scope of use, complexity of path, fusion effect and extensibilit.But there are some common problems in practice, such as the particularity of western regions has resulted in some problems, such as low openness of cultural and tourism industry, limited universality of cultural and tourism assets, homogeneous competition of cultural and tourism integration achievements, low concentration of cultural and tourism industry, and insufficient regulation reform of cultural and tourism industry, which have affected the benefits of cultural and tourism integration.For this reason, we should improve innovation ability, carry out pilot demonstration, cultivate leading enterprises, persist in the unification of cultural protection and development, build talented personnel and deepening the reform of system and mechanism, in order to improve the effectiveness of the convergence of cultural industry and tourism industry in western regions.
