黄河流域数字经济、生态保护与高质量发展时空耦合及其驱动因素

Spatio-Temporal Coupling and Driving Factors of Digital Economy,Ecological Protection and High-quality Development in the Yellow River Basin

在中国经济新旧动能转换的重大历史机遇期,推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合是建设人与自然和谐共生现代化经济体系、实现高质量发展的必然要求。本文探讨了2005—2019年黄河流域77个地级市数字经济、生态保护与高质量发展综合水平及耦合协调度时空分异特征,并分析影响三者耦合协调度变化的主要驱动因素。研究表明:(1)黄河流域数字经济、生态保护与高质量发展综合水平整体呈上升趋势,数字经济发展水平提升幅度最大。(2)三者耦合协调度从濒临失调进入初级协调,形成下游>中游>上游的发展格局,且在局部空间上呈现空间俱乐部收敛特征。(3)不同因素对黄河流域DEH(数字经济、生态保护、高质量发展)系统耦合协调度的影响具有显著异质性,科技支撑力的平均驱动作用显著高于其他维度,禀赋推动力的平均驱动作用显著低于其他维度;黄河流域DEH系统空间分异格局由多种因素交互协同作用形成。最后,根据数字经济、生态保护与高质量发展水平及耦合协调关系,提出统筹管理与因地制宜相结合的耦合协调发展策略。

In the period of great historical opportunity for the transformation of new and old drivers of China’s economy,promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy is an inevitable requirement for building a modern economic system in harmony with nature and achieving high-quality development.This paper discusses the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of digital economy,ecological protection and high-quality development in 77 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2005 to 2019.The research shows that:(1)The comprehensive level of digital economy,ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin is on the rise as a whole,and the development level of digital economy has improved the most.(2)The coupling coordination degree of the three has changed from the brink of dissonance to primary coordination,forming a development pattern of downstream>middlestream>upstream,and showing spatial club convergence characteristics in local space.(3)The influence of different factors on the coupling and coordination degree of the DEH system in the Yellow River Basin has significant heterogeneity.The average driving effect of scientific and technological support is significantly higher than that of other dimensions,and the average driving effect of endowment driving force is significantly lower than that of other dimensions.The differentiation pattern is formed by the interaction and synergy of various factors.Finally,according to the level of digital economy,ecological protection and high-quality development and the coupling and coordination relationship,a coupled and coordinated development strategy combining overall management and local conditions is proposed.
