摘要
试管薯是马铃薯脱毒原原种薯的生产基础。本研究选用马铃薯栽培品种大西洋和陇薯3号,运用固体培养壮苗、液体培养诱导的方式形成试管薯,诱导过程中添加植物激素CCC、NAA和6-BA的单一或配比组合。结果表明,使用单一激素10 mg/L的CCC或复合激素组合0.4 mg/L NAA、0.5 mg/L 6-BA和9 mg/L CCC能够有效提高马铃薯试管薯的大薯率、大薯平均重量和单株最终产量,缩短结薯周期。本研究探索了马铃薯试管薯诱导的培养方法,为脱毒微型薯的开发应用提供理论依据。
Potato microtuber induction is the basis of original-original seeds with virus-free production.In this study,the potato cultivar Atlantic and Longshu 3 was selected to form tubers in vitro by solid cultivation of strong seedlings and liquid cultivation induction.Single or matching combinations of CCC,NAA and 6-BA were added in the induction process.The results showed that the use of 10 mg/L hormone CCC or the combination of 0.4 mg/L NAA,0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 9 mg/L CCC could effectively increase the percentage of large tubers,average weight of large tubers and final yield per plant,and shorten the tuber setting period.The study explored the culture method of mircrotuber induction in vitro,which provided theoretical basis for the development and application of microtuber with virus-free.
