新时代推进民族古籍整理研究的思考

认真学习《关于推进新时代古籍工作的意见》,对努力推进民族古籍的保护、整理、研究和利用工作,提高认识,总结经验,做好顶层设计和规划部署,使民族古籍工作发挥弘扬中华民族文化、铸牢中华民族共同体意识的作用至关重要。对民族古籍要进行全面普查、定级分类,要加强业务指导和具体帮助,在物力、人力上给予倾斜。应适时举办全国性、地方性或专题性民族古籍展览,达到增长知识,促进民族团结的作用。要加强古籍整理出版,统筹布局,将具有中华优秀传统文化精神的古籍优先整理出版,做好少数民族古籍的数字化工作,建设民族文字古籍资源库。应对古籍深入研究,开掘其知识和思想内涵,得出有社会价值的创新性成果。相关刊物应重视刊登对古籍有深入研究的论文,阐发中华文化精髓,增强中华民族凝聚力。民族古籍人才培养难度大、周期长,要分别对不同文种采取有效措施,加大力度培养,使民族古籍工作赓续传承,弘扬发展。

Seriously studying"The Guidelines on Stepping up the Preservation and Publication of Ancient Books"issued by Chinese central authorities is important to promote the protection,collation,research and utilization of ethnic ancient books,raise awareness,summarize experience,and do a good job of top-level design and deployment.In doing so,the work of ethnic ancient books can play an important role in promoting Chinese culture and fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Ethnic ancient books should be comprehensively given a census and classified.We should strengthen guidance and specific help and involve more material and human resources for the work.National,local or thematic exhibitions of ethnic antiquities should be held at appropriate times to achieve the effect of increasing knowledge and promoting national unity.We should strengthen the collation and publication of ancient books,give priority to the collation and publication of ancient books with the spirit of excellent Chinese traditional culture,work hard for digitizing ancient books of ethnic minorities,and build databases of ancient books in ethnic script.Ancient books should be studied in depth to explore their intellectual and ideological connotations and produce innovative results with social value.Relevant journals should pay attention to publishing papers with in-depth research on ancient books to expound the essence of Chinese culture and enhance Chinese national cohesion.It is a difficult and long process to cultivate talents for ethnic antiquities,so effective measures should be taken for different genres separately and more efforts should be made to cultivate them,so that the work of ethnic antiquities will continue to be inherited and developed.
