社会情绪学习对我国中小学心理健康教育课程建设的启示 被引量:1

摘要 社会情绪学习是美国比较成熟的情商教育项目,对学生心理健康教育水平和学业水平的提高、学习和生活态度的改善、问题行为的降低等方面有着积极的作用。美国在社会情绪学习的研究历时二十余年,已形成一套较为完整的标准体系,且其课程教学也比较成熟。本文对美国社会情绪学习及其在中小学中的课程开发进行介绍,并在此基础上探讨其对我国中小学心理健康教育课程的启示。
