高速横切机振动分析与结构设计

摘要 实现横切机高速横切频率的关键在于解决横切机运行过程中机身振动问题。以某公司HX2000型横切机主动力机构为研究对象,分析横切机高速化机身振动产生的原因,探究横切机高速化的动态响应,设计一种适用于中高速曲柄滑块机构的惯性力平衡方法。动平衡振动测试结果表明:实现动平衡后横切机高速化运动产生的惯性力得到平衡,机身振动问题随之得到有效控制,实际应用中横切机工作转速由800 r/min提高到1150 r/min。 As the key to realize high-speed crosscutting frequency of crosscutting machine is to solve the vibration problem of the fuselage during the operation of crosscutting machine,and with the main power mechanism of the HX2000 crosscutting machine of a company as the research object,the causes of vibration of the fuselage of the crosscutting machine with high speed are analyzed,the dynamic response of the crosscutting machine with high speed is explored,and a method of complete balance of inertia force suitable for middle and high speed crank slider mechanism is proposed.The dynamic balance vibration test results show that the inertia force generated by the high-speed movement of the crosscutting machine is completely balanced after the balance,and the vibration problem of the fuselage is effevtively controlled,which leads to the increase of crosscutting frequency from 800 r/min to 1150 r/min in the practical application of crosscutting machine.
