基于雨流模型下的车辆疲劳损伤计算方法研究

摘要 在车辆的耐久及可靠性测试中,由于不同道路对车辆的损伤程度无法量化,故产生试验结论与用户实际评价差距较大的问题。需研究车辆的循环载荷与应力、应变关系,以得到外应力与疲劳寿命曲线特性。在道路载荷数据基础上,设计一种基于雨流模型下的车辆道路损伤计算方法,对已测量的两条道路载荷及车辆损伤值进行对比,并将评价模型与实际道路疲劳损伤进行验证。结果表明:两种评价方法的误差在相同车辆及环境下吻合率达到90%以上,实际损伤分析和预测的基本一致。 To address the big gap between the test results and actual users'evaluation due to non quantifiable damage degree of vehicles by different roads in vehicle durability and reliability test,the relationship between cyclic load and stress-strain is analyzed to abtain the curve features of external stress and fatigue life.With the road load data,an algorithm of vehicle road damage based on rain flow model is designed,two measured road loads and their vehicle damage values are compared,and the evaluation model is verified with the actual road fatigue damage.The results show that the coincidence rate between the two evaluation methods is more than 90%under the same vehicle and environment,and the actual damage analysis is consistent with the anticipated evaluation.
