摘要
以补偿带有过滤装置液压系统的压力损失为目标,设计一种能够改善因过滤装置而造成系统压力损失的补偿系统。阐述带有过滤装置液压系统的结构与工作原理,并利用FLuidSIM软件对其进行仿真分析。设计一种由比例换向阀、传感器组成的具有比例反馈环节的智能补偿系统。利用AMESim分别建立无补偿系统与智能补偿系统的仿真模型。通过仿真结果的对比分析表明:在相同的工作压力下,智能补偿系统可对过滤装置造成的压力损失进行有效的补偿,保持了液压系统所需压力的稳定供给。
Aimed at compensating the pressure loss of hydraulic system with filter device,a compensation system improving the system pressure loss caused by filter device is designed.The structure and working principle of the hydraulic system with filter device are expounded,on which simulation and analysis are conducted by FLuidSIM software.An intelligent compensation system with proportional feedback link is designed by integrating proportional directional valve with sensor.By AMESim,the simulation models of uncompensated system and intelligent compensation system are built respectively.The comparative analysis on the simulation results shows that the intelligent compensation system can effectively compensate the pressure loss caused by the filter device under the same working pressure and maintain the stable supply of the pressure required by the hydraulic system.
