摘要
在分析新型烟草切丝工艺及传统切丝机结构特点的基础上,设计一种新型带磨刀系统的切丝机,建立新型切丝机的三维模型,进行磨刀工况的动力学仿真分析,模拟砂轮与切丝辊在不同接触角度下受碰撞力影响的动态特性;根据砂轮质心的线性加速度运动曲线,分析不同受力角度对磨刀系统运行稳定性的影响规律,为调节磨刀角度提供理论参考。
Based on the analysis on the characteristics of new tobacco slicing technology and traditional slicer tobacco shred structure,a new type of slicer with knife system is designed,and its three-dimensional model is established.Dynamic simulation analysis on grinding condition is conducted.The dynamic characteristics of grinding wheel and shred roll affected by the impact force under different contact angles is simulated.According to the linear acceleration motion curve of grinding wheel mass center of gravity,the influence law of different force angle on the operation stability of the tool grinding system is analyzed,which provides theoretical reference for adjusting the tool grinding angle.
