摘要
装配大纲是指导飞机装配的指令性文件,其内容的表达形式、编制流程的控制直接决定着飞机装配的质量、效率和设计符合性。将三维轻量化可视技术与装配大纲进行集成,实现了三维数字模型的轻量化关联显示和装配工序的轻量化仿真显示;基于XML技术将装配大纲的内容进行结构化解析,基于Windchill平台开发装配大纲编辑器,实现了编制过程与CATIA软件的交互操作及装配大纲的多任务流程化控制。
Assembly outline is the instructive document to guide aircraft assembly,and the expression of its content and the control of its preparation process directly determine the quality,efficiency and design compliance of aircraft assembly.The 3D lightweight visualization technology is integrated with the assembly outline to realize the lightweight associated display of 3D digital model and the lightweight simulation display of assembly process.Based on XML technology,the content of assembly outline is analyzed structurally.An assembly outline editor is developed based on Windchill platform.Thus the interactive operation between the compilation process and CATIA software and the multi task flow control of assembly outline are realized.
