摘要 通过对现场实测数据进行统计整理,对某型地铁列车的运行安全性和平稳性进行综合评估。被试车为1节动车与1节拖车,分别在其第一转向架的1轴处安装1条测力轮对来对轮轨之间相互作用力进行数据采集,以便在后期数据处理时计算相应的安全性指标。在车体两个转向架中心左右1 m处安装加速度传感器用以检测列车的振动加速度,用于后期计算车体的运行平稳性指标。通过数据的计算分析得出动车以及拖车在AW0和AW3两种工况下的运行品质。 Comprehensive evaluation on the operation safety and stability of a certain type of metro train is conducted through the statistical analysis of the field measured data.A motor car and a trailer are tested and a force measuring wheelset is installed respectively at one axle of its first bogie to collect the data of interaction force between wheel and rail,thus the corresponding safety index in the later data processing is calculated.An acceleration sensor is attached at 1 m near the center of two bogies of the car body to detect the vibration acceleration of the train and calculate the running stability index of the car body in the later stage.Through the data analysis,the running quality of the vehicle and trailer under AW0 and AW3 conditions is obtained.
