摘要
以轻量化赛车为研究对象,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks对车架进行设计,导入有限元分析ANSYS软件,建立参数化模型,对车架进行弯曲刚度和扭转刚度分析。结果表明:该轻量化赛车结构合理、性能优良、安全可靠,车架弯曲刚度提升了8%,扭转刚度提升了11%,满足性能试验要求。
With the lightweight racing car as the research object,the three-dimensional modeling SolidWorks is applied to design its frame,to which the finite element analysis software ANSYS is introduced for establishing the parametric model,and on which its bending stiffness and torsion stiffness are analyzed.The results show that the new lightweight racing car is reasonablely structured with excellent performance,safety and reliability,and its frame bending stiffness is increased by 8%and its torsion stiffness by 11%,which meets the performance test requirements.
