摘要 为改善电动商用车制动系统的能量回收效率以及制动效果,在电动商用车电-气负荷制动系统的基础上施加ECE法规、蓄电池、电机和制动感受等约束条件,提出一种制动感受更加舒适的串联制动控制策略。通过制动强度和I曲线对电气和气压的制动力进行分配,基于Cruise和Matlab联合仿真环境建立制动控制策略模型,并分别采用以60 km/h初速度制动以及NEDC循环两种工况对串联制动控制策略性能进行验证。仿真结果表明:在制动感受舒适的同时,z=0.1和z=0.5一次制动工况的制动能量回收率分别为19.4%和17.4%,NEDC工况的能量回收率为18.6%。所提出的电动商用车设计的串联制动控制策略可以使车辆具有良好的制动舒适性,能够提高车辆的制动能量回收效率,从而有效改善车辆的制动性和经济性。 In order to improve the energy recovery efficiency and braking experience of the braking system of electric commercial vehicles,a series braking control strategy with more comfortable braking experience was proposed based on the electro-pneumatic load braking system of electric commercial vehicles by applying ECE regulations,battery,motor and braking experience.The braking force of electric and air pressure was distributed by braking strength and I curve.The braking control strategy model was established based on Cruise and Matlab-simulation environment.The performance of series braking control strategy was verified by braking at the initial speed of 60 km/h and NEDC cycle respectively.The simulation results show that the recovery rate of braking energy under z=0.1 and z=0.5 braking conditions is 19.4%and 17.4%,and the energy recovery rate under NEDC conditions is 18.6%when the braking feeling is in comfort.Therefore,with the proposed series braking control strategy for electric commercial vehicle,the vehicle has good braking comfort and its braking energy recovery efficiency of the is enhanced,which effectively improves the maneuverability and economy of the vehicle.
