摘要 感染性骨缺损的治疗曲折漫长,需要控制骨感染和修复骨缺损,一直是骨科的棘手问题。随着医疗技术的发展,目前治疗感染性骨缺损的方法众多,临床常用手段包括清创后植骨、抗生素缓释技术、带血管蒂骨移植、Masquelet技术及Illizarov技术,使感染性骨缺损的治疗取得突飞猛进的效果,但目前没有具有循证医学证据的治疗方案,大部分方案都存在一定不足。因此,笔者查阅、回顾了感染性骨缺损的文献,就主要治疗现状予以总结。 The treatment of infectious bone defect is tortuous and long.It is necessary to control bone infection and repair bone defect,which has always been a difficult problem in orthopedics.With the development of medical technology,there are many treatment methods at present.The commonly used clinical methods include:Debridement bone grafting,antibiotic sustained release,vascularized bone transplantation,Masquelet technique and Illizarov technique,which make the treatment to achieve enormous progress.However,there is no evidence-based medical evidence treatment,and most of which have some shortcomings.Therefore,the author reviewed the literature on infectious bone defects and summarized the main treatment status.
