摘要
分析了西南采气厂现行的质量管理体系和HSE管理体系在运行过程中的优缺点,并结合生产实际将西南采气厂的质量管理体系与HSE管理体系采用调整型体系整合方式对体系进行整合,发现采用ISO体系架构能够对HSE所要求的要素进行包容,采用HSE体系架构不能够满足对质量管理体系的要求。
The advantages and disadvantages of the current quality management system and HSE management system of Southwest Gas Production Plant in the operation process are analyzed, and the quality management system and HSE management system are integrated according to the production practice of the gas production plant. It is found that ISO system architecture can contain the elements required by HSE, while HSE system architecture can not meet the requirements of quality management system.
