摘要
针对钻井、试油、修井过程中发生溢流、井涌甚至井喷。为了提高操作与监测的准确度,降低事故发生概率,研制了压井液面监测与自动灌浆系统。该系统可实现监测液面变化规律,实时传输数据,若突遇液面上涨、下降实现了及时报警并自动灌液浆,适应现场不同工况的施工。判断钻井、试油、修井过程中是否发生溢流或井涌,通过自动灌浆系统,实现在起钻、下钻、静止观察和循环4种工况下监测泥浆液面高度,自动进行灌浆或停止灌浆。现场应用表明,压井液自动灌浆系统监测泥浆可以达到±0.1 cm精度,能正确判断不同工况并进行自动灌浆。
Overflow, kick and even blowout will occur during drilling, oil testing and workover. A well killing liquid level monitoring and automatic grouting system is developed in order to improve the accuracy of operation and monitoring and reduce the probability of accidents. The system can monitor the change law of liquid level and transmit data in real time. In case of sudden rise and fall of liquid level, it can alarm in time and grout automatically, so as to adapt to the construction of different working conditions on site. It can judge whether overflow or kick occurs in the process of drilling, oil testing and workover, and monitor the mud level under the four working conditions of tripping out, tripping in, static observation and circulation, and automatically carry out grouting or stop grouting.The field application shows that the automatic grouting system of kill fluid can monitor the mud level with an accuracy of ± 0.1 cm, and can correctly judge different working conditions for automatic grouting.
