摘要
针对超高强钢冷成形开裂的理论分析与预测问题,归纳了现有理论模型的特点、适用范围及其在超高强钢成形断裂失效分析的应用现状,指出由于超高强钢的脆性化倾向导致其断裂分析存在的难点。基于超高强钢的材料特性及其准脆性断裂的本质,对成形开裂理论预测模型与数值模拟方法提出建议。
For the theoretical analysis and prediction problems of cold forming cracking of Ultra-High Strength Steels(UHSS),this paper summarized the characteristics,application range of existing theoretical models,and the current situation of its application in forming cracking failure analysis of UHSS,identified the difficulties in cracking analysis caused by brittleness tendency of UHSS.Based on the material characteristics and essentials of brittleness characteristics of UHSS,the paper gave suggestions regarding cold forming cracking theoretical prediction model and numerical simulation method.
