摘要 采用电阻点焊工艺研究模压淬火态CR1500HF镀锌热成形钢焊接接头性能,分析不同工艺参数对焊点接头性能的影响,并比较了镀锌涂层和裸板热成形钢焊接工艺窗口。结果表明,镀锌板焊接工艺窗口为1.2~1.6 kA(裸板的焊接工艺窗口为1.4~1.8 kA)。且随着电极压力的增大,焊接电流逐渐增大;焊接过程中镀锌板熔核中并未出现液态金属致脆(Liquid Metal Embrittlement,LME)现象。 The resistance spot welding process was used to study the performance of CR1500HF galvanized hotformed steel welded joints,and the influence of different process parameters on the welded joint performance was analyzed,and the welding process windows of the galvanized hot-formed steel and the uncoated hot-formed steel were compared.The results show that the welding process window of galvanized steel is 1.2~1.6 kA(the welding process window of uncoated steel is 1.4~1.8 kA).As the electrode pressure increases,the welding current gradually increases;there is no Liquid Metal Embrittlement(LME)phenomenon in the welding nugget of the galvanized steel during spot welding process.
