新八大里第二里项目是天津市旧有工业区复兴项目,项目承接周边地区商务商业功能和本地区及周边地区的居住需求,形成集住宅、公寓、商业、商务办公于一体的具有地域特色的综合性社区。在项目设计中,充分尊重城市本土文化和地区历史文脉,以及城市居民的生活方式和行为模式,同时积极采用可再生能源,始终贯穿生态环保节能等新时代设计理念。

Erli Project of New Badali is a revitalization project of Tianjin’s old industrial zone. The project undertakes the commercial functions of the surrounding areas and the residential needs of the local and surrounding areas, and forms a comprehensive community with regional characteristics, which integrates houses, apartments, businesses and business offices. In the design of the project, we should fully respect the local culture and regional historical context of the city, as well as the lifestyle and behavior patterns of urban residents. At the same time, we should actively adopt renewable energy through the new era design concepts such as eco-environmental protection and energy conservation.
