摘要
简要阐述了BIM的概念,介绍了BIM技术在建筑幕墙从方案设计到幕墙移交和维保阶段全生命周期中的应用,并结合北京2022年冬季奥运会配套项目崇礼太子城冰雪小镇幕墙及屋面工程,详细研究了BIM技术在施工过程中的应用。该技术解决了诸多以往常规技术遇到的问题。
This paper briefly expounds the concept of BIM, introduces the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of building curtain wall from scheme design to curtain wall handover and maintenance stage, and studies its application in the construction process in detail in combination with curtain wall and roof engineering of Taizicheng Ice and Snow Town in Chongli District, which is the supporting project of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. This technology solves many problems encountered by conventional technology in the past, it is conducive to the efficient management of the whole building by all relevant parties.
