摘要
为解决桩基础施工中旋挖孔成桩施工技术问题,引入某工程案例进行地质条件分析与施工工艺比选。围绕钢护筒埋设、桩基钻孔、钢筋笼吊装与混凝土施工4项重要工序进行施工技术要点的梳理,结合特殊地质情况进行换填、削坡等处理措施的应用,最终成桩质量满足验收标准。研究结果:本次研究证实旋挖钻孔灌注桩工艺具备较高的使用价值,能有效提升成桩工艺效率与质量。
To solve the technical problems of pile foundation construction by rotary drilling, an engineering case is introduced to analyze the geological conditions and compare and choose the construction technology. The key points of construction technology are sorted out around four important processes: steel casing embedding, pile foundation drilling, reinforcing cage hoisting and concrete construction, and then treatment measures such as replacement and slope cutting are applied in combination with special geological conditions. Finally, the pile quality meets the acceptance standard. This research proves that the rotary drilling cast-in-place pile technology has high use value, and can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of pile-forming technology.
