摘要
中老铁路友谊隧道穿越盐岩地层,盐岩具有强溶蚀、强腐蚀和膨胀性,造成隧道结构安全隐患,国内外尚无类似工程建设经验。通过专项研究,提出了多重防水结构系统,并采用抗渗耐腐蚀混凝土和环氧树脂涂层钢筋降低盐水侵入腐蚀风险;采用隧底注浆、隧底阻水榫等措施,限制隧底地下水纵向流动,降低隧底溶蚀风险;同时采用圆形断面、深仰拱、厚衬砌等措施,提高结构抗力;建立了隧道结构健康监测体系,并对盐岩段施工组织和关键技术进行总结。
Youyi Tunnel of China-Laos Railway passes through salt rock stratum, and salt rock is characterized by strong corrosion,strong corrosion and swelling, which brings hidden dangers to tunnel structure safety. There is no similar engineering construction experience at home and abroad. Through special research, multiple waterproof structural systems are put forward, and impervious and corrosion-resistant concrete and epoxy resin coated steel bars are used to reduce the risk of salt water intrusion and corrosion. Measures such as grouting at the bottom of the tunnel and water blocking tenon at the bottom of the tunnel to limit the longitudinal flow of groundwater at the bottom of the tunnel and reduce the risk of erosion at the bottom of the tunnel are adopted. At the same time, circular section, deep inverted arch and thick lining are adopted to improve the structural resistance. The health monitoring system of tunnel structure is established, and the construction organization and key technologies of salt rock section are summarized.
