高桩码头钢管斜桩施工关键技术分析 被引量:2

摘要 以我国南方某城市的高桩码头工程项目为例,重点围绕沉桩定位、成孔嵌岩两个施工阶段的施工难点进行分析,找到改进方法。针对直桩、斜桩在交叉位置的最小距离并未超过40 cm,对精度的要求极高,并且有一定概率造成意外碰桩,导致桩移位等定位施工难点,采用双全站仪前方交会测量法,可有效解决定位问题。针对常规锤桩作业效果不佳的施工难点,应用延长圆筒导向段的方式,可有效解决斜桩嵌岩问题。 Taking a piled wharf engineering project in a city in south China as an example, this paper focuses on analyzing the construction difficulties in two construction stages: pile driving positioning and hole forming and rock socketing, and finding improvement methods. In view of the difficulties in positioning construction, such as the minimum distance between straight piles and inclined piles at the crossing position is not more than 40 cm, the requirement for accuracy is extremely high, and there is a certain probability of accidental pile collision and pile displacement, the double total station forward intersection measurement method can effectively solve the positioning problem. In view of the construction difficulties of poor working effect of conventional hammer pile, the problem of rock-socketed inclined pile can be effectively solved by extending the guide section of cylinder.
