Based on the construction project of tailrace tunnel exit slope of a hydropower station, this paper analyzes the basic principle and technical advantages of prestressed anchor cable in high slope protection, and expounds the construction points of prestressed anchor cable in detail. According to the research, drilling, anchor cable installation, grouting and anchor cable tension calculation are the key contents of prestressed anchor cable construction technology in high slope protection.
