摘要
为减少房屋建筑质量风险,改善居民生活环境,论文结合某房屋建筑项目,对引起房屋建筑渗漏及开裂的原因展开分析,详细论述了预防房屋建筑结构渗漏、开裂的控制方法。通过研究可知,不同建筑结构的渗漏及开裂原因有较大的差异,建设单位可根据结构设计特点加强地面、屋面、墙体、地下室等关键节点的施工管理,减少结构渗漏及开裂问题。
In order to reduce the risk of building quality and improve the living environment of residents, this paper analyzes the causes of building leakage and cracking based on a house construction project, and discusses in detail the control methods to prevent the leakage and cracking of building structure. Through the study, it is known that the causes of leakage and cracking of different building structures are quite different. Construction units can strengthen the construction management of key nodes such as ground, roof, wall and basement according to the characteristics of structural design to reduce the leakage and cracking of structures.
