建筑工程地下室防水施工技术及渗漏防治措施研究

对A工程的地下室改造项目进行分析,并梳理该建筑工程的地下室防水施工方法,以及面对渗漏问题时的防治措施。A工程地下室项目在保证防水效果的情况下顺利竣工,地下室防水施工与渗漏防治效果良好,有助于提高建筑工程质量。

This paper analyzes the basement reconstruction project of project A, and combs the basement waterproof construction method of the construction project, as well as the prevention and control measures in the face of leakage problems. The basement project of project A was successfully completed under the condition of ensuring the waterproof effect. The waterproof construction and leakage prevention effect of the basement were good, which helped to improve the quality of the construction project.
