摘要
由天津市2,230名小学一年级教师对小学新生入学适应教育的效果进行评定,以探究新生入学适应教育的效果以及哪些关键性因素对入学适应有重要影响。结果表明:(1)小学入学适应教育效果良好,在环境适应、校园学习、人际交往、生活自理、安全自护等各方面得分都较高;(2)小学新生入学适应教育效果在教师性别、教师受教育程度、教师职称上存在不同程度的差异,具体表现为女教师优于男教师、受教育水平高优于受教育水平低、初级职称优于中高级职称;(3)家校合作、师生关系、教师工作满意度是小学新生入学适应教育效果的重要预测因素。
2,230 first-year primary school teachers in Tianjin were administered to evaluate the effects of freshmen’s adaptation education.The aim was to explore the effects of freshmen’s adaptation education and its influencing factors.The results show that:(1)Freshmen’s adaptation education were good,and the scores were high in environmental adaptation,campus learning,interpersonal communication,self-care in daily life and safety self-care.(2)There are differences in the effects of primary school freshmen’s adaptation education in terms of teachers’gender,education level and professional title.The overall trends were as follows:female teachers,teachers with higher education level and junior titled teachers were better than male teachers,teachers with lower education level,middle or senior titled teachers.(3)The important predictive factors of the effects of primary school freshmen’s adaptation education were homeschool cooperation,teacher-student relationship,teachers’job satisfaction.
