城市平台化发展研究——以成都市为重点

Research on Urban Platformized Development:A Case Study of Chengdu

平台自古有之,主要是指人类从事经济社会实践活动的各种载体、场景、组织形态等。随着现代信息技术的发展,互联网技术和数字经济广泛运用于经济社会各领域,使得各种载体、场景、组织形态以及各领域的信息、资源交换方式和速度发生重大变革,城市平台化发展就是这种发展模式的产物。本文通过分析城市平台化运行机制,梳理国内外主要城市的平台化模式及发展经验,提出成都城市平台化发展的具体选择和平台体系构架,以期通过平台化发展模式,提高成都城市治理水平和竞争力。

Platforms have existed since ancient times,which mainly refers to a variety of carriers,scenes and organizational forms for human beings to engage in economic and social practice.With the development of modern information technology,internet technology and digital economy are widely used in various fields of economy and society,resulting in significant changes of various carriers,scenes,organizational forms and the modes and speeds of information and resource exchange in various fields.The urban platformized development is the product of this development model.By analyzing the operation mechanism of urban platform,this paper sorts out the platform mode and development experience of major cities at home and abroad,and puts forward the specific choice and platform system framework for Chengdu’s urban platformized development to improve its urban governance level and competitiveness.
