新中国成立以来“中华民族”媒介话语建构与变迁——基于《人民日报》(1949-2021)报道的分析

The Construction and Changes of"Chinese Nation"Media Discourse Since the Founding of New China——Based on an Analysis of Reports in the People's Daily(1949-2021)

主流媒体的“中华民族”媒介话语实践和有效表达为我国民族话语体系的形成提供了重要支撑,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要驱动力。运用内容分析法和批判话语分析法,对《人民日报》关于“中华民族”的876篇报道(1949—2021年)进行定量与定性分析后发现,《人民日报》“中华民族”媒介话语通过多体裁、多版面、多主题共同形塑中华民族媒介形象,经历了阐释“中华民族”概念所指由模糊到清晰、话语主题由单一到多元的过程。《人民日报》“中华民族”媒介话语在书写中华民族发展的独特历史、阐释“中华民族”概念所指、形塑中华民族形象、构建民族话语、引导中华儿女培育正确的中华民族观念、铸牢中华民族共同体意识等工作中发挥了重要作用。

The practice and effective expression of"Chinese nation"media discourse in mainstream media provide an important support for the formation of China's national discourse system,and is an important driving force to forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.Using content analysis and critical discourse analysis,this paper makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of 876 reports(1949-2021)on the"Chinese nation"in the people's daily.The study found that the media discourse of"the Chinese nation" in people's Daily has shaped the media image of the Chinese nation through multiple genres,multiple pages and multiple themes,and has experienced the process of interpreting the concept of"the Chinese nation"from vague to clear,and the discourse theme from single to multiple.The media discourse of"the Chinese nation"in the people's Daily has played an important role in writing the unique history of the development of the Chinese nation,explaining the meaning of the concept of"the Chinese nation",shaping the image of the Chinese nation,constructing the national discourse,guiding the Chinese people to cultivate the correct concept of the Chinese nation,and casting a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
