刀具负倒棱对Ti6Al4V干式切削的影响研究

摘要 绿色制造是机械加工行业未来发展趋势,干式切削也是绿色制造的发展方向。钛合金材料因具有高强度比、抗腐蚀性和热强度等优良性能被广泛用于航空制造领域。钛合金作为一种难加工材料,在干式切削过程中会出现切削温度高、切削震动大、加工表面质量差和刀具磨损严重等问题。负倒棱是常见的刀具刃口处理形式之一,通过改变刃口处的材料流动情况可以改善刀具的切削性能和提高刀具的使用寿命。通过Deform 2D仿真试验,探究刀具负倒棱参数对钛合金干式切削的影响,为钛合金干式切削的刀片倒棱参数选择提供参考。 Green manufacturing is the development trend of the machining industry in this century, and the dry cutting is also the development direction of green manufacturing.Titanium alloys are widely used in the aviation field due to their high strength ratio, corrosion resistance, thermal strength and other excellent properties.However, titanium alloy is a difficult-to-machine material due to their high cutting temperature, high cutting vibration, poor machining surface quality, and severe tool wear during dry cutting.Negative chamfering is a common form of tool cutting edge treatment.By changing the material flow at the cutting edge, the cutting performance of the tool can be improved and the service life of the tool can be increased.By using Deform 2D simulation experiments to explore the influence of tool negative chamfering parameters on dry cutting of titanium alloys, a basis for the selection of insert chamfering parameters for dry cutting of titanium alloys is provided.
