摘要
以光学和热学有关理论为依据,使用连续光纤激光切割SiC复合材料,研究切割速度对切入口缺陷宽度、热影响区(HAZ)最大宽度和切缝表面粗糙度Ra值的影响。试验结果表明:在切割速度为5~25mm/s时,切入口缺陷宽度随切割速度的增大先波动减小后波动增大,在切割速度为15mm/s时最小;热影响区最大宽度呈明显减小趋势;切缝表面粗糙度Ra值呈波动增大趋势。
Based on thermology and photology theory, some experiments of laser cutting of SiC/Al composites are done to study the influences of cutting velocity on the defect width of inlet, the largest width of HAZ and Ra roughness of lancing by using consecutive fibre-optical laser.The experiment results indicate that, when cutting velocity range is 5-25 mm/s, the defect width of inlet first decreases and then increases with the increasing of cutting velocity, the smallest value appeares when cutting velocity is 15 mm/s;the largest width of HAZ decreases obviously with the increasing of cutting velocity;Ra roughness of lancing increases with the increasing of cutting velocity.
