铣刀切削刃曲率对铣削力的影响研究

摘要 铣削加工时的铣削力对刀具磨损和工件加工质量影响严重,研究刀具的铣削力对铣削加工有重要意义。铣削加工时,改变刀具切削刃曲率,最大切削宽度和最大铣削面积随之变化;被加工材料的切削变形阻力发生变化,铣削力也会随之变化。采用螺旋角为0°的直刃鼓形铣刀,只改变刀具参数中的母线半径(即切削刃曲率),研究铣刀切削刃曲率对铣削力的影响。选择5组母线半径/切削刃曲率,计算最大切削宽度和最大铣削面积;采用Deform-3D软件对5组母线半径/切削刃曲率下的鼓形铣刀铣削合力F和各向分力(F_(x),F_(y),F_(z))进行仿真,并进行相同条件下的铣削试验。研究结果表明,刀具铣削合力F和分力F_(x),F_(y)随着切削刃曲率半径的增大而增大。 The milling force during milling has a serious impact on tool wear and the quality of workpiece processing.Research on the milling force of the tool is of great significance for milling processing.During milling,when the curvature of the cutting edge of the tool is changed,the maximum cutting width and the maximum milling area change accordingly,and the cutting deformation resistance of the processed material changes,and the milling force also changes.In this paper,a straight-edged drum milling cutter with a helix angle of 0°is used to study the influence of the cutting edge curvature of the milling cutter on the milling force.During the study,only the generatrix radius,namely the cutting edge curvature,is changed in the tool parameters.Choose 5 sets of bus radius/cutting edge curvature,calculate the maximum cutting width and maximum milling area corresponding to the 5 sets of data.By using Deform-3D software to determine the total milling force F and each of the 5 sets of bus radius/cutting edge curvature of the drum milling cutter.The component forces F_(x),F_(y),and F_(z)of the direction are simulated,and the milling experiment under the same conditions is carried out,and the results are observed.The research results show that the resultant force F and component forces F_(x)and F_(y) of tool milling increase with the increase of the radius of curvature of the cutting edge.
